Jenna and Rainier have two of the Tyninghame Faces in their Cape Town home. This face sits above Jenna’s dresser in their bedroom.

The Tyninghame Faces are cross continental! Two of the faces now reside in the Cape Town home of Jenna and Rainier.

Sarah, a kindred spirit making art and collecting treasures, was the first to receive one of the Tyninghame Faces, part of a series that I will write about soon. She really liked the idea of using the shelf as a framing device.

Part of the Tyninghame Faces series, this face has found a permanent home at the entrance of Olga’s warm cottage kitchen. I will be posting about the Tyninghame Faces in a separate post, but I can say that this face is one of 8 faces in a series, half of which have sold.

Gifted in the middle of winter 2025, this face was colour matched to Patrick’s living room and depending on the time of day it stands proudly with dramatic shadows above the pink of sunset, or late in the evening it sits nearly invisible.
